Floor plans are an essential marketing tool and at The Capital Group we understand the importance of providing an accurate survey that is fully compliant with RICS guidelines.
Using a computerised system which checks the accuracy of our measurements while the surveyor is still on site, we are able to demonstrate a full audit trail, through to completion of the floor plan. This data is sent directly to our London office, where it is drawn in-house, by an experienced AutoCAD technician and a copy of the plan is supplied the following day.
Whether booked individually or combined with photography as part of a package, our high level of service is never compromised and all your marketing needs can be met within a single visit to the property.
Price - 5.5p per square foot to survey property and draw plans (minimum charge of £90 + VAT)
